What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®.

How do I clean my atomizers?

We’ve included a cleaning brush and packing tool with every pen. Use the packing tool to scrape out residual material left in the mouthpiece. The leftover material be saved and reused or discarded. A good technique we use is to lightly dip the cleaning brush in rubbing alcohol and clean parts outside of the atomizer dish. NEVER use inside the atomizer as this may cause damage.

How do I know when my pen is fully charged?

Your pen is fully charged when the red indicator light at the base of the battery has turned off. This process may take 2-3 hours for a fully depleted battery.

How do I turn my pen on?

With your pen, click the power button 5 times to unlock and 5 times again to lock the battery.

How long will my atomizer last?

It varies depending on use and regular maintenance. We suggest replacement after 3 months time, although, we have seen atomizers work efficiently for over a year.

Using the Concentrate Atomizer:

Remove the mouthpiece and gently load a small amount of concentrate onto the atomizer.  Be careful not to touch the heating element with anything other than your concentrate so you are careful not to damage the atomizer. Replace the mouthpiece and you’re ready!

Using the Herbal Atomizer:

Remove the mouthpiece and unscrew the top of the heating chamber.  Use the vape tool provided to pack a small amount of finely ground herbs into the heating chamber. Be careful to avoid touching or damaging the heating element.  Screw the top back on and replace the mouthpiece.

Using the Essential Oil Atomizer:

Remove the mouthpiece and fill the chamber with essential oils.  Do not overfill the atomizer.  Reconnect the mouthpiece on the atomizer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving and shipped the next business day via USPS.  Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days domestic.  Please allow extra time for processing and delivery on international orders.

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now, we currently ship to Canada, Mexico, and the European Union.  Countries outside of these are reviewed on a case by case basis to make sure we can properly service your order.  Please send an email to customercare@skybluevapor.com for support.  We do ship internationally via USPS International Priority; USPS promises delivery within ten days of departure.  Please be aware that placing an international order online does incur customs and duties based on the country where you are located.  We are unable to estimate the amount that customs in any given country will charge upon receipt.

How does your return process work?

We will honor full refunds (minus shipping and handling) for any unused/unopened items within 7 days of delivery date.  Please contact our customer service service department at customercare@skybluevapor.com for service and support.
